Restaurant Prémisse
Copenhagen
Danish
You enter Restaurant Prémisse by walking on a long, red carpet and that first impression already gives you a clue about what you’ll experience here – first class dining, that is. The successful owner behind this extraordinary cellar restaurant is the Sommelier Christian Aarø Mortensen, Denmark’s promising candidate to the World Championship for Sommeliers in Chile 2010.
Restaurant Prémisse is one of Copenhagen’s finest restaurants, serving modern Danish and European gourmet cuisine since 2004, in the historical vaults of Moltke’s Palace; a popular location for large banquets and events, which has been in the estate of The Copenhagen Association of Crafts since 1930.
There are no a la carte, but perfectly composed menus and excellent wines served in a tasteful and elegant setting with white walls, old arches and soft lighting creating a warm ambience. It is possible to order the restaurant’s private dining room for secluded dinners or important meetings.
Restaurant Prémisse occasionally organizes certain “wine evenings”, inviting an interesting personality with connection to the very fine wine being served that evening. Please see the webpage for upcoming events.
Lunch can only be served if ordered in advance for at least 6 people
All major credit cards are accepted.
